Last year was a breakthrough year for environmental causes. Mainstream media picked up on more stories (and not just the negative ones about “crazy” activists). We elected a President who may be the greenest ever. The gas peak forced many people to look at what they were doing on the roads - hybrids were in, SUV’s were out.
Still, it wasn’t enough. There are literally thousands of major issues that did not get the exposure they deserved. While we have our own opinions of what issues need exposure more than others, that’s not the point of this post. For 2009, any good green cause that can be brought to the attention of the people is our goal. To get it started, we’ve accepted the assistance of FileDropper to incentivize the efforts. Continue…
