The Best Green Stories: Oct 23-30
It seems to be the thing to do in the world of blogging. We have to help each other out, pointing to the best that everyone has to offer in an effort to get the word out.
The environment and its green blogs are no different. We read an average of 20-30 stories a day from various green blogs (which may be why we don’t post multiple stories a day) so it makes sense that we should point our own readers to the best the web has to offer.
So, to that end, we are starting a links of the week post on Thursdays. It’s as good a day as any…
- Tasty Green Halloween Treats - Just in time for scary day.
- Innovative Green Building Designs - Congratulations to the winners!
- When Al Gore Freezes Over - Ironic, wouldn’t you agree?
- Camelina: The Future of Biofuel Technology - Innovation at its best.
- Is a Total Breakdown Exactly What We Need - Okay, so the concept is a bit radical, but many of the points are strong.
- Mass Transit Solves Many Problems - With the focus on future-tech, are we forgetting some of the best ways to make a difference?
- Get ‘em Started Early in the Green Kitchen - We need change now, but training for the future is just as important.
- Barbie Makes Green Turn Pink - When green can be fun, we all win.
- Green Jobs - Money makes the world go round. Not many better ways to get the people involved.
That’s it for this week. Have a great end to October and start November off on a green foot.

That is a great list of green resources. I enjoy reading different perspectives on the green movement and what needs to be done about climate change.
