You can almost smell it in the air. When the year turns to September, football begins, leaves start to change colors and new model vehicles begin to show up at car dealerships. This is a magical time of year and if you are one of those folks who like to be the first to get your new item and it’s time to get a new vehicle, this is the time of year you have been waiting for. You can see the trucks coming off the highway with the new vehicles on them for you to purchase and you are ready for your fresh ride. Here is the first ten of the new cars you can choose from this year.
Acura ILX – Priced from $28,820 the ILX includes a new 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine that can reach 201 horsepower and is mated to an eight-speed twin-clutch automatic transmission. The new safety added includes adaptive cruise control and collision mitigation. This new version offers you a torque converter for a better ride even at lower speeds.
Acura RLX – The AcuraWatch safety aids have been added to this flagship sedan which gives it every driver assistant feature you can imagine. The top trim adds a Krell premium audio system and remote engine starting and the RLX hybrid uses not only the V6 engine but three electric motors to make it a hybrid that is a lot of fun to drive.
Acura TLX – Because this sedan was new for 2015 it enters 2016 virtually unchanged as the one car that can replace two, the TSX and TL. For a base price of $32,500 the TLX offers a rear wheel steering system which is called Precision All-Wheel Steer (P-AWS) which gives you a highly improved handing and agility in a car that is still fairly fresh from last year.
Alfa Romeo 4C – Whether it’s the coupe or the convertible that you are after this is an affordable Alfa giving you a carbon-fiber intensive body, staggered wheels and a sport exhaust. The 4C certainly can capture your attention and give you the driving fun you want to have when it’s time to head out on the road for a dynamic and exciting ride.
Aston Martin DB9 GT/Vanquish – This car may be out of many price ranges, but if you are looking in the neighborhood of $200,000 on up, this is a great choice. This car adds 30 more horsepower and new 10-spoke 20-inch wheels, and upgraded infotainment system, an updated look in the front and rear and improved headlights to be a beautiful car that is well worth the price.
Aston Martin Rapide S – If you prefer a shorter wheelbase and a hatchback look the Rapide S is a great choice. In the same price range as the DB9 the Rapide S is updated with the ZF eight-speed automatic transmission which does the job of making for a much better ride. This new transmission is said to be able to adapt to your driving style to make it much easier for you to enjoy the ride.
Aston Martin Vantage – Come down from the prices of the other two Astons and you see the Vantage that is somewhat more affordable. This car is basically unchanged and offers the power of a menu of V8 engines and even a V12 to make a great power lineup for you to enjoy. The GT12 is a special edition that is limited to 100 models only and will certainly command a higher price but will be worth the cost.
Audi A3 – This is a luxury car that has the ability to be a sedan, convertible and hatchback. The addition of a rearview camera and parking sensors help the driver keep the car and occupants safe. Every model is able to be equipped with 4G LTE Wi-Fi and a Bang & Olufsen sound system in what has been touted at the best interior in the market today.
Audio A4 – Not as flexible as its smaller sibling, the A4 shows up with a base price of $36,825 to be an affordable sedan. On the inside the car gains a three spoke steering wheel, a navigation system, the same 4G LTE as the A3, and much more. The exterior adds 19-inch wheels and when moving up to the S4 you can get the 333 horsepower engine to have some exciting driving.
Audi A5 – Keep moving up the size and the A5 does have a difference. This car comes in as a coupe or convertible but not as a sedan. The A5 is a great balance of what you want when you purchase a luxury car that you also want to have some decent fuel efficiency from. The A5 has a classic an stylish look that benefits from the best in class interior.
