Ford  Super Duty Aims to Deliver on All Fronts

The latest lineup of the Ford Super Duty was designed with performance and necessary enhancements in mind. Look forward to two new engine options, enhanced comfort and tech integration, and an overall updated aesthetic.  Read on to see the many ways the 2023 Ford Super Duty delivers what drivers need in their work trucks.

New Design, Same Great Power

The redesigned 2023 Ford Super Duty will feature a newly styled exterior with all-new sheet metal. The super duty will command attention with the new grille design that tucks around the headlamp for a “wider” and “planted look.” This reimagined design will also include side steps in the rear, which allows much easier access to the cargo bed.

This new design offers a really aggressive and muscular look to an already tough-built pick-up. For drivers who value aesthetics, the Super Duty Sport and Black appearance packages offer a very appealing design that commands a double take.

Stay Updated and Connected in the Super Duty

Drivers can look forward to absolute tech and connectivity with the 2023 Ford Super Duty pickup. Available 8 and 12 in touch screens offer you complete control over your vehicle’s performance and entertainment options.

Enhanced tech integration is also found through the over-the-air updates. The new super-duty lineup will come equipped with a 5G modem that allows you to stay connected and up-to-date with all your vehicle’s tech needs.

Neat add-ons include the trailer navigation system, which allows you to plan out routes that take into account the height and width of your trailer. Convenient 360-degree cameras also give you a bird’s-eye view of your trailer as you venture out. This level of visual control allows you to have complete confidence when you’re out driving. The available camera and reverse sensors also help guide you when the tailgate is down. Andrew Kernahan, the Super Duty’s chief engineer shares how the redesign of this model was built with safety in mind, and the goal was to allow drivers complete visibility with no blind spots as they drive. The camera and sensor system found on this new lineup certainly help with that.

More Engine Options

The all-new Super Duty lineup brings with It two new engine options. The 6.8 liter V8 will replace the current 6.2 L V8. There will also be a high-output 6.7 L Powerstroke V8 diesel engine for those needing an absolute workhorse.

These two new engine options will accompany the current offerings of a 7.3-liter V-8 and 6.7-liter PowerStroke V-8 diesel. These two additional engine options will allow the Super Duty to offer the best in class towing, horsepower, torque, and payload.

Finally, the Super Duty will offer absolute power when you need it the most. This lineup will come equipped with the Ford Pro Power onboard generator. This generator delivers two kilowatts of electric output to power up any electrical units and small appliances that you might bring along.
